Fleet mileage, minus the admin
Company-car kilometres, tracked and tax-ready
CarTracker records every trip across your fleet, splits business from private, and hands your bookkeeper a clean export — without turning your team into a tracking experiment.
Free to start · No dongle required · Your data, minimised
Built for a fleet, not one driver
Every car, every driver, one shared dashboard. Assign trips, fix mistakes, and see totals per car and per person.
Ready for the accountant
Business/private split done for you, exported to CSV or Excel for any period — the log your bookkeeper actually wants.
Private by design
The kilometre is the source of truth; location is only a hint, and you keep the minimum you need. No always-on surveillance.
How it works
Three steps, then it's the bookkeeper's problem
-
1
Drive
The app records the trip — start, end, distance — or enter it after the fact.
-
2
Sort
Business or private, assigned to the right person. Correct anything on the dashboard in seconds.
-
3
Export
One click gives your bookkeeper a clean, period-ready mileage report.
Features
Everything a small fleet needs, nothing it doesn't
One dashboard for the whole fleet
See every trip across every car and driver, filter by period, car, or person, and read totals at a glance.
The split that matters
Business vs private on every trip, with per-car and per-person totals — the heart of a watertight Dutch rittenregistratie. Confirm the tax wording with your accountant.
Sharper with a dongle, fine without one
Works on the phone alone; add an optional OBD reader for exact odometer kilometres, fuel level, and early warning of car issues. No hardware lock-in.
Your brand, your fleet
Make it yours — colours and identity themable per company.
Why not a consumer mileage app?
Those track one driver's phone. CarTracker tracks a shared fleet: multiple cars and people, an admin who can correct and assign, and exports built for a company's books — not a single tax return.
Questions
The things fleets ask first
Does it help with bijtelling and private-use limits?
It keeps a per-trip business/private log you can export for your records. Check the current Belastingdienst requirements with your accountant.
Do we need a device in every car?
No. The phone app is enough; an OBD dongle is an optional accuracy upgrade.
Is it tracking my staff all the time?
No. Location is advisory and minimised; the kilometre — which a person can always correct — is what counts.
Can the bookkeeper get the data?
Yes — CSV/Excel export for any period, with the totals already split.
